Following the tragedy of Bloody Valentine, the conflict between ZAFT and the Earth Alliance develops into full-scale armed warfare and reaches terrible intensity. After the Second Battle of Jachin Due, and enormous losses, a ceasefire treaty is concluded. But the ceasefire does not extinguish the sparks of conflict between Naturals and Coordinators. During that war, Shinn Asuka is caught in the Earth Alliance's invasion of Orb. While fleeing the fighting, he sees his parents and younger sister die before his eyes. Clutching his sister's mobile phone, the only keepsake left to him, he grieves as a Gundam, one of the mobile suits behind the war, flies overhead. Despairing, he leaves Orb and travels to the PLANTs. By C.E. 73, he has become a ZAFT soldier.

All fifty HD-remastered episodes 01, PHASE-01: Angry Eyes. 02, PHASE-02: Those Who Call for Battle. 03, PHASE-03: Warning Shots. 04, PHASE-04: Battlefield of Stardust. 05, PHASE-05: Scars That Will Not Heal. 06, PHASE-06: When the World Ends. 07, PHASE-07: Land of Confusion. 08, PHASE-08: Junction. 09, PHASE-09: Arrogant Fangs. 10, PHASE-10: A Father's Spell. 11, PHASE-11: The Chosen Path. 12, PHASE-12: A Sea Stained with Blood. 13, PHASE-13: Revived Wings. 14, PHASE-14: Sailing towards Tomorrow. 15, PHASE-15: Return to the Battlefield. 16, PHASE-16: Deadly Battle in the Indian Ocean. 17, PHASE-17: The Conditions of a Warrior. 18, PHASE-18: Strike Lohengrin! 19, PHASE-19: The Unseen Truth. 20, PHASE-20: PAST. 21, PHASE-21: Wandering Eyes. 22, PHASE-22: Sword of the Blue Sky. 23, PHASE-23: In the Shadow of War. 24, PHASE-24: Crossing Gazes. 25, PHASE-25: The Whereabouts of Sin. 26, PHASE-26: Promise. 27, PHASE-27: Feelings That Do Not Reach. 28, PHASE-28: Lives That Remain, Lives That Fall. 29, PHASE-29: FATES. 30, PHASE-30: A Fleeting Dream. 31, PHASE-31: A Night without Dawn. 32, PHASE-32: Stella. 33, PHASE-33: The World Revealed. 34, PHASE-34: Nightmare. 35, PHASE-35: Beyond Chaos. 36, PHASE-36: Athrun Escapes. 37, PHASE-37: Darkness of Thunder. 38, PHASE-38: A New Flag. 39, PHASE-39: Kira of the Sky. 40, PHASE-40: Golden Will. 41, PHASE-42: Freedom and Justice. 42, PHASE-43: Voices of Counterattack. 43, PHASE-44: The Two Lacuses. 44, PHASE-45: Prelude to Change. 45, PHASE-46: Song of Truth. 46, PHASE-47: Meer. 47, PHASE-48: To a New World. 48, PHASE-49: Rey. 49, PHASE-50: The Final Power. 50, FINAL PHASE: The Chosen Future.
