She is allowed to go there as its administrator on the condition that she fulfills a promise: to develop Westwald into a much larger settlement.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWestwald is a rural village surrounded by abundant nature, but there has long been a plan to develop it into a trading hub. Nelke's task is to go there as an administrator, carry out the lord's duties on his behalf and make that plan a reality.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlthough she struggles with unfamiliar work and challenges, Nelke receives help from the alchemists and residents who arrive one after another.
