Its daily peace was protected by the Border Defense Agency, but a second large-scale invasion broke out. The attackers were repelled, yet many members were abducted. Border agent Osamu Mikumo, together with Neighbor Yuma Kuga and his childhood friend Chika Amatori, begins working toward joining the expedition force to recover their companions. Forming Tamakoma Second, the Mikumo Squad, they enter rank battles to win promotion to A-Class. Can Tamakoma Second claim victory in a contest involving twenty-one teams?
