Legend says that the young people who live there, dreaming of success, will one day realize their dreams and leave the nest. At the start of the new year, the residents hold their annual rice-cake pounding in the living room. Nearby, Mu-san reads their fortunes, lamenting that however many times he tries, he sees only terrifying futures. He predicts that a great crack will open in SuccessSou, a meteorite will fall, and the falling snow will turn everything pure white.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAs though embodying this ominous prophecy, disputes among the residents have recently increased, with tension arising at every opportunity. They discuss whether the trouble began because the enormous Glory Tower Residence built next door blocks their sunlight. Suddenly, intruders appear: the much-discussed group known as S 4, who live in Glory Tower Residence. While the residents react in uproar to their unexpected arrival, S 4 orders them to vacate SuccessSou. Their appearance transforms the building's peaceful everyday life.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnce filming begins, there is no cut until the end, preserving the tension of a stage performance. The film retains the single-take approach, with a ninety-five-minute uninterrupted performance filmed by twenty-six cameras. This deluxe edition contains the 116-minute main program and a bonus disc with the review session, a run-through digest, making-of footage, wrap-up comments and the surprise announcement of the film.
