ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. Regards, Reading and Music Play Blu-ray

The promises they once exchanged, and the duties each must fulfil. Set one year after the television anime, this sequel to their story unfolds through live reading and live music in a one-night-only performance. The complete ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. Regards, stage production is reconstructed from the earlier reading play with footage from the OVA ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. Regards.

The October 2019 performances were all cancelled because of a typhoon, leaving only a recorded performance. Cast and staff reunited to bring it to audiences once more, presenting live reading and live music on November 8, 2020 at Maihama Amphitheater. This Blu-ray captures that complete, reworked production; a DVD edition was also released separately.

Story: nearly a year has passed since the five-chief system was abolished and ACCA adopted a new organisation headed by Mauve. In a cafe in the capital Badon, bustling with preparations for the commemorative festival, Pine reunites with Owl and learns about his previously unknown past. At the same time, Jean is occupied with festival preparations while carrying a concern of his own. On a business trip to Birra, he too meets a certain man again. Encounters between those who left the organisation and those who remained unravel fragments of the past. What words were spoken in secret then, and what feelings were hidden?

Includes one complete reading-and-music performance. Video extras: SPECIAL INTERVIEW, a digest-footage version of the live music section, promotional videos and commercials. A booklet and special sleeve case are included.
