Kamen no Ninja Akakage TV Series

The fourth and final part, Mafu, follows Akakage, Aokage and Shirokage as they face Mafu Raimaru and the Mafu ninja group. Their enemies seek to seize the Golden Mask handed down by the Shadow Clan and make their name feared throughout the land.

In Hida, the Golden Mask of the Shadow Clan is an object of admiration for every ninja and a symbol of glory. It also conceals the mystery of an immense treasure of gold. Now someone has appeared who seeks to steal the mask and claim the throne of the ninja: Mafu Raimaru, who commands strange ninja beasts. Rise, masked ninja! Akakage appears! This passage comes from the opening narration.

The first Blu-ray, labeled Disc 7, contains episode 40, The Mafu Ninjas Attack; episode 41, Armor Monster Guron; episode 42, Ninja Art: Steel Whip; episode 43, Vampire Monster Girozun; episode 44, The Faceless Ninja; and episode 45, Rock Monster Gagara.

The second Blu-ray, labeled Disc 8, contains episode 46, Monster Gagara Versus Zabami; episode 47, The Monster of Mafu Hall; episode 48, A Contest of Child Ninja Skills; episode 49, Man-Eating Plant Babiran; episode 50, Lizard Ninja Beast Jijigora; episode 51, Decisive Battle with the Mafu Ninja Group; and episode 52, Encirclement by Six Great Monsters.

The cast features Yuzaburo Sakaguchi, Yoshinobu Kaneko and Fuyukichi Maki. Because the original material is old, portions of the picture and sound have defects that cannot be repaired.
