All the Long Nights Standard Edition Blu-ray
映画 夜明けのすべて
"I am glad we were able to meet." Life is harder than we imagine, but there is light too. This quietly supportive story was officially invited to the seventy-fourth Berlin International Film Festival.
Once a month, Fujisawa cannot control her irritability because of premenstrual syndrome. One day, a small action by her colleague Yamazoe triggers an angry outburst.
Yamazoe has only recently changed jobs and seems unmotivated, but he too is struggling. Living with panic disorder, he has given up on many things and lost his sense of purpose and energy.
With the understanding of the people around them at work, the two develop a special feeling of companionship. They are neither friends nor lovers, yet they feel something like comradeship. Eventually they begin to think that, even if their own symptoms do not improve, perhaps they can help the other person.
Supplementary material includes promotional footage and behind-the-scenes features exploring the making of the film.
