Android Kikaider Volume 1 Priced-Down Blu-ray

Another Ishinomori hero follows Kamen Rider. To mark fifty years since its first broadcast, Android Kikaider's television series returns on Blu-ray at a more affordable price.

The fugitive is an incomplete android: a machine who fights to become more human. Robotics authority Dr. Komyoji is held under house arrest by DARK, the evil secret organization led by Professor Gill. Together with his daughter Mitsuko, he is forced to research combat androids. In secret, he creates Jiro to resist DARK, fitting him with a conscience circuit that can distinguish good from evil.

But the circuit remains incomplete when Gill discovers the research and attacks the laboratory. As the laboratory burns, Dr. Komyoji entrusts Mitsuko to Jiro and disappears. Jiro struggles to resist Gill's demonic flute, transforms into Kikaider despite his suffering and confronts DARK's androids.
