Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest Animation

“I will defeat every enemy—even if that enemy is a god.”

Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest began serialisation on Shosetsuka ni Naro in November 2013 and quickly won an enthusiastic following. The series surpassed five million copies in circulation; by November 2021, it ranked fourth in the site’s cumulative ranking and had received more than 600 million page views.

After parting ways with his former classmates, Hajime leads his companions towards the great labyrinths in search of new ancient magic. As they overcome trial after trial, they steadily gain the strength they need to return to their original world.

Meanwhile, the demon race is making ominous moves behind the scenes. Shadows creep towards the royal capital, and a mysterious figure acts in secret. Who is the true enemy standing in their way? The second season of this powerful otherworldly fantasy begins.

The original first-production edition was announced with an original-soundtrack CD, an illustrated slipcase and jacket, and the second setting-material book, combining material from the first season with new second-season designs. These limited extras are subject to availability and are not guaranteed with the current copy.

The regular edition features a digipak-style jacket and a picture-label disc. Video extras include the Twitter picture dramas and a textless opening.
