Space Battleship Yamato Anime

Resistance in the fiftieth year.

The story of resistance continues from Space Battleship Yamato 2205. Yamato's new voyage across time and space begins now. Be Forever Yamato (1980) and Space Battleship Yamato III (1980) receive a new interpretation and are restructured as a 26-episode series. The latest installment in Japan's celebrated science-fiction anime franchise weighs anchor. This is Blu-ray volume 4.

To Galman, the new homeland of Gamilas. President Dessler is not the only one waiting there: Sasha has grown into a 17-year-old girl. Kodai faces an impossible reunion with the young girl once lost to him, and his heart wavers between bewilderment and joy. Meanwhile, on Earth, Mother Dezarium's plan enters a new phase. At a social gathering filled with intrigue, Yuki appears in a dress. What resolve does she conceal as she stands beside her enemy Alphon? The Rajendra fleet from the planet Berth, serving the Bolar Federation, invades the Galman system. Yamato is drawn into the conflict between two great powers. Planet-destroying missiles approach. Can Yamato save Galman and uncover the true identity of the Witch of Uralia?

Episode 11: Sasha — A Reunion Across Time. On Galman, threatened by the Rajendra fleet from Berth, Kodai meets a 17-year-old girl who affectionately calls him her uncle. Sasha is the indispensable link connecting the circle of time to Dezarium's history.

Episode 12: Fleur's Holiday. On Earth, Fleur discovers the meaning of being alive through her encounters with Tsubasa's family in Hokkaido. Meanwhile, Sasha, driven by guilt and fixated on travelling to the home planet, clashes with those around her in her impatience.

Episode 13: All Fleets, Deploy! Destroy the Planet-Destroying Missile! Yuki is invited to a social gathering. Amid intersecting intentions and schemes, Mother Dezarium's plan quietly advances. At that moment, a terrifying planet-destroying missile is about to be launched towards Galman.

Episode 14: Into the Dark Gas Cloud! Pursue the Witch of Uralia! A mysterious cooling phenomenon freezes even wave-motion engines: the Witch of Uralia consumes the surrounding star systems. A survey fleet including Yamato enters the depths of the black gas cloud said to harbour the witch and encounters an enormous Dezarium intermediate supply base.
