This live video captures the final performance of Chage’s 2023 tour at Zepp Haneda on September 30, celebrating the twenty-fifth anniversary of his solo debut.
For three years, from 2020 to 2022, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic meant that audiences could neither cheer aloud nor send paper aeroplanes towards the stage during the much-loved WINDY ROAD. In 2023, following the reclassification of COVID-19 in Japan from the equivalent of Category 2 to Category 5, enthusiastic cheers and paper aeroplanes were allowed once again.
A must-see concert release, it captures the heartfelt excitement of an audience finally experiencing Chage’s stage as it was meant to be enjoyed.
