The first release celebrating Chisato Moritaka's thirty-fifth debut anniversary presents a newly edited, complete twenty-one-song version of LIVE ROCK ALIVE, the concert video that first featured her signature song Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo.

CHISATO MORITAKA CONCERT TOUR '92 ROCK ALIVE accompanied her sixth album ROCK ALIVE, which included Fight!!, Concert no Yoru and Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo. Moritaka became the first female solo singer to tour all forty-seven prefectures, performing sixty shows in fifty-five locations for a combined audience of one hundred thousand. The September 30, 1992 performance at Tokyo's Nakano Sunplaza has been newly edited from the original video master, with the live audio newly mixed.

The concert opens with her fifteenth single Concert no Yoru, and this was the tour on which she first played guitar on stage. It features thirteen songs from ROCK ALIVE and ten single releases, including 17-sai, Ame, Kono Machi, Fight!! and Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo. The music video for Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo used footage from this concert in an edit different from the released concert film. Za Benkyo no Uta and Sono Go no Watashi, omitted from the original LIVE ROCK ALIVE released on VHS and LaserDisc in 1993 and DVD in 2000, are restored here.

The Blu-ray program contains Concert no Yoru, RHYTHM to BASS, Fight!!, Natsu no Umi, Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo, Yowasete yo Konya Dake, THE BLUE BLUES, Za Benkyo no Uta, Wakarimashita, Mitsuketa Saifu, ROCK ALIVE, Kusai Mono ni wa Futa wo Shiro!!, Ame (Album Version), 17-sai, Yatchimaina, Sono Go no Watashi, GET SMILE, Ame Nochi Hare, Guitar, Kono Machi (HOME MIX) and Seishun.

Concert no Yoru is the fifteenth single, Fight!! the fourteenth, Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo the sixteenth, Kusai Mono ni wa Futa wo Shiro!! the tenth, Ame the eleventh, 17-sai the seventh and GET SMILE the third. Kono Machi is a double A-side from the twelfth single, and Seishun a double A-side from the ninth. The thirteen album tracks are Concert no Yoru, RHYTHM to BASS, Fight!!, Natsu no Umi, Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo, Yowasete yo Konya Dake, THE BLUE BLUES, Wakarimashita, Mitsuketa Saifu, ROCK ALIVE, Yatchimaina, Ame Nochi Hare and Guitar.

Two UHQCDs contain the same concert song program with the stage talk removed, using a new mix from the original audio master. Ultimate Hi Quality CD uses fine-detail transfer technology and a special-alloy reflective layer in a manufacturing process designed to reproduce the master with greater fidelity. These discs can be played on all conventional CD players; high sound quality refers to the fidelity with which the master is reproduced.
