Dean Fujioka Mixed Collections

Celebrate ten years of DEAN FUJIOKA’s musical activities in Japan with his first Nippon Budokan performance, held on September 23, 2023. Stars of the Lid captures the energy of this milestone concert, alongside the music videos for Teleportation and Stars of the Lid.

The DEAN FUJIOKA Documentary IDENTITY traces the path that brought him here and looks towards the possibilities still ahead. Filming began in 2017 and followed his activities for approximately seven years, bringing together previously unreleased footage and interviews with DEAN himself and people who have worked with him around the world.

Moving through Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Indonesia, the documentary explores more than the work behind his careers as a model, actor, musician and film producer. It considers the meaning of his many activities in Japan, his global perspective and the experiences that shaped his resilience. His journey and his vision for the future come together across all six parts of the documentary.

This limited edition brings the concert and documentary together in a three-sided slipcase with a folded live-photo poster. The box artwork uses his profile to evoke both the excitement of Budokan and the journey ahead. The documentary’s cosmic design and varied IDENTITY lettering reflect his many identities and changes, while the concert artwork draws on the Budokan show’s key visual.
