Delusional Monthly Magazine Anime

In a town called Most City, somewhere in a certain country, a small publisher issues Delusional Monthly Magazine from the second floor of an old building. Its staff consists only of the editor-in-chief and editor Taro J. Suzuki, assisted by elementary-school student Jiro Tanaka and the dog Saburo. The editorial office is always empty, as Taro, Jiro and Saburo spend their time in the Rock cafe on the building's first floor. One day, scientist Goro Sato comes seeking advice, and a fantastical story begins...

Takahide Ishii voices Taro J. Suzuki, Kazutomi Yamamoto voices Jiro Tanaka, Yusuke Shirai voices Saburo and Shunichi Toki voices Goro Sato, among others.

Volume 1 includes the first three issues, corresponding to episodes 1–3. The jacket features a new illustration by character designer Akane Hirota, and special booklet 1 is enclosed. Extras comprise the creditless opening and commentary for the January issue with Ishii, Yamamoto, Shirai and Toki. The region-free 73-minute Blu-ray uses 16:9 1080p video and Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio, with no subtitles.
