Encouragement of Climb: Next Summit Volume 2 Blu-ray

Introduction Let's go to that summit we have always dreamed of! The long-awaited new sequel to the hugely popular outdoor anime Encouragement of Climb begins! Blu-ray Volume 2. The original work is Shiro's gentle outdoor manga, serialized to acclaim in Comic Earth Star.

Story The mountain climbing that Aoi and Hinata began together gradually takes them higher: Mount Tenran at 197 metres, Mount Takao at 599 metres, and Mount Mitsutoge at 1,786 metres. They also reach the summit of Mount Tanigawa, a mountain connected to their shared memories. As they explore the celebrated peaks of the Kanto region, their outdoor life grows richer with companions including Kokona, Kaede and Honoka. With increased knowledge of the mountains, better equipment and greater physical strength, Aoi sets her sights on even greater heights.
