The television story Long ago, humans and fairies lived together. But eventually humans stopped believing in the fairies' existence, and the fairies hid themselves away in the Flower Magic World. Fairies are spirits of nature. If the fairies disappear, nature too will disappear. If children do not lose the heart that imagines dreams, and adults regain their pure feelings, surely humans and fairies will be able to live together once more. This story depicts the warm encounters between human children and Mary Bell, a flower fairy who grew up receiving more human dreams than any other. Through the existence of fairies, it also conveys the importance of caring for nature and keeping a dreaming heart. Mary Bell is a little scatterbrained and often makes mistakes, but she cheerfully and joyfully makes dreams come true so that everyone can remember an honest, open heart.

The Key of the Phoenix story The phoenix, Earth's guardian deity, is said to be beautifully reborn once every five hundred years, using the beauty of a human heart as its key. For Toto, an elderly phoenix approaching that moment, Mary Bell introduces Yuuri and Ken to him, but there is no sign of rebirth. Then Jito suddenly appears with a negative key, which transforms Toto into a demonic bird that attacks Mary Bell. Can Toto achieve his true rebirth?
