Gintama Anime

Based on the manga's ending, Gintama The Final delivers the greatest and most powerful scale in the series' film history. The production roused original creator Hideaki Sorachi from his post-serialization slumber and secured his full cooperation. This astonishing final chapter pushes laughter and tears beyond their limits, bringing together beloved characters, tremendous action and moving friendship.

Naturally, it is packed with the series' familiar jokes. Even viewers watching Gintama for the first time are welcome: the film's considerate presentation helps them understand the story so far and enjoy it with confidence.

This regular-edition Blu-ray contains the 103-minute animated feature. It includes Japanese accessible subtitles and a Japanese audio-description guide.

The cast features Tomokazu Sugita as Gintoki Sakata, Daisuke Sakaguchi as Shinpachi Shimura, Rie Kugimiya as Kagura, Akira Ishida as Kotaro Katsura, Takehito Koyasu as Shinsuke Takasugi, Susumu Chiba as Isao Kondo, Kazuya Nakai as Toshiro Hijikata, Kenichi Suzumura as Sogo Okita and Koichi Yamadera as Shoyo Yoshida and Utsuro.
