Hana-Doll begins its fourth season with Human or Doll: Q. The truth behind the Hana-Doll Project is gradually revealed as each member confronts the desires that come from instinct. What will the flowers blooming inside them offer? Only those who want to know the truth should move forward.

In a fictional world, the talent agency Amagiri Production introduces the Hana-Doll Project to the idol industry. Special technology implants flower seeds inside young men seeking to become perfect idols, and the story follows what awaits them on that path.

Anthos performs Q.E.D. and No Drama alongside five spoken drama tracks. The cast includes Daiki Hamano, Shun Horie, Kento Ito, Wataru Komada, Shunichi Toki, Seiichiro Yamashita and Toshiki Masuda.
