How I Attended an All-Guy's Mixer Vol.4 Blu-ray brings the anime's three unexpected romantic pairings to the closing episodes of the season. What began as Tokiwa's first mixer with his friends Asagi and Hagi became considerably more confusing when the women they expected to meet appeared as three strikingly handsome men. Suo and her friends' masculine presentation unsettled the newcomers' assumptions, setting off a comedy of attraction, misread signals and growing familiarity.

This volume contains episodes ten through twelve. As the story moves towards its conclusion, Hagi finds himself alone with Kohaku on a beach at night, trying to explain his complicated feelings while pretending to seek advice for a friend. The following day, Tokiwa goes sightseeing while the others sleep and unexpectedly runs into Suo. Their time together leads them to a local bell said to grant wishes, adding another personal moment to a relationship that began with such an unconventional introduction.

Adapted from Nana Aokawa's manga, the series finds humour in the distance between appearances and expectations without losing sight of the individual connections forming among its six leads. Kazuomi Koga directs, with Mikako Komatsu voicing Suo and Shunsuke Takeuchi voicing Tokiwa.

The region-free Japanese Blu-ray uses a 16:9 presentation and Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 stereo audio. No subtitles are included. The edition has a catalogue running time of approximately 96 minutes.
