Hypnosis Mic Rule the Stage Grateful Cypher brings the rap-battle project's live theatre adaptation to Blu-ray with the production staged at Tokyo Dome City Hall in October 2024. The second production featuring the renewed cast combines a dramatic first act with a music-driven second act, capturing the performers' exchanges and ensemble numbers in a single release.

The first act moves from the opening and Rhyme of Revolt through Watch Your Back to Run and Rise. The second act continues with Ole ole ole!!, Just like this, Bling Bling Bling Bling, Running wolf, Yell, YKHM and IKB's finest before returning to Rhyme of Revolt. Curtain-call footage and a special talk session with documentary material extend the release beyond the performance itself.

An accompanying four-track CD includes Rhyme of Revolt and Watch Your Back, written and composed by Koji Ide, alongside Run and Rise and Ole ole ole!!, with lyrics by KEN THE 390 and music by KEN THE 390 and Shiro IXL Tanaka. The Blu-ray and CD come in digipak packaging with a booklet.

The region-free Blu-ray features Japanese audio and does not include subtitles.
