IDOLiSH7 Symphonic Story PIECES captures the additional performances held at Pacifico Yokohama's National Convention Hall on August 10, 2025, with separate Blu-rays for the daytime and evening programs. Both main performances include full-stage fixed-camera footage. The bonus performances come from August 9 and are presented without that fixed-camera option.

The daytime disc opens with Theatre Suite: Binary Vampire and Binary Vampire, followed by Theatre Suite: MEDiUM Part 1, MEDiUM and Theatre Suite: MEDiUM Part 2. Theatre Suite: What You Want introduces What You Want, and Theatre Suite: ESCAPE FROM NOW leads into ESCAPE FROM NOW. The program then moves through SUISAI, KISS IN THE MUSIC, Hidden Region, BEAUTIFUL PRAYER, Baratsuyu, My Precious World, Now & Then, compass, Hoshikuzu Magic, Re-raise, Period Color and Journey. Pieces of The World is the encore. BE AUTHENTIC and YOUR RHAPSODY, recorded at the August 9 daytime performance, complete the disc.

The evening disc repeats the sequence from Theatre Suite: Binary Vampire through ESCAPE FROM NOW, including both MEDiUM suite sections, MEDiUM, Theatre Suite: What You Want and What You Want. It continues with No Sacrifice, Utopia, Rondo, Insomnia, BLACK TIGER, STRONGER & STRONGER, Encounter Love Song, Ayana Spinel, Mallow Blue, HELLO CALLiNG, Everyday Yeah! and NiGHTFALL, followed by the encore Pieces of The World. Bonus footage preserves "NEVER LOSE, MY RULE" and Everything is up to us from the August 9 evening performance.

A booklet and sleeve accompany the two Blu-rays. The performances have Japanese audio and no subtitles.
