In the Land of Leadale Animation

A relaxed, enjoyable adventure begins two hundred years later! In the Land of Leadale, a landmark from the early years of Shosetsuka ni Naro, finally becomes a television anime.

A representative title from the site’s 2010s era, the popular story continues to attract strong support through novels published by Famitsu Bunko and a manga adaptation serialised on Dengeki Comic Regulus. Its television anime began airing in January 2022, bringing Cayna and her distinctive companions’ adventures to a land of rich natural scenery and clear blue skies.

After an unexpected accident, Keina Kagami can survive only with life support. The VRMMORPG Leadale is the one place where she can feel free. One day, a power failure shuts down her life-support equipment and she dies.

When she awakens, however, she finds herself in the world of Leadale two hundred years later. Reborn as her high-elf avatar Cayna, with skills that have been lost to the world and attributes that exceed its limits, she begins building relationships with the people who live there.

Among them are the children she once created in the game: the eldest, Skargo, his elf sister Mai-Mai, and their youngest brother, the dwarf Kartatz. A leisurely adventure filled with laughter—and perhaps a few tears—begins for a girl reborn in a game world and her colourful companions.

Extras include episode preview videos and a textless opening. The original first-production edition was announced with an illustrated outer case, an illustrated inner case, a newly written story by Ceez and a special booklet. These limited extras are subject to availability and are not guaranteed with the current copy.
