At the prestigious Hyakkaou Private Academy, gambling skill determines a student's place in the hierarchy. New transfer student Yumeko Jabami is shown around by Ryota Suzui, who has been reduced to the status of a household pet after losing to his class's leading gambler, Mary Saotome. Mary quickly challenges Yumeko to her own voting-based version of rock-paper-scissors, setting off a contest of calculation, obsession and increasingly dangerous stakes.

Homura Kawamoto and Toru Naomura's manga becomes a stage production shaped by song, dance and close-quarters psychological battles. Daisuke Nishida writes and directs, with music by Shunsuke Wada. Moeko Kanisawa of Not Equal Me plays Yumeko, alongside Seiichiro Nagata as Ryota, Moeka Koizumi as Mary and Ayaka Umeda as student-council president Kirari Momobami. The production ran at Tokyo's Theater H from September 5 to 14, 2025.

The standard edition contains the 191-minute performance and a 113-minute supplementary disc. Extras include rehearsal-room and backstage making-of footage, a special programme in which the women compete through a life-planning board game, and a companion rock-paper-scissors contest featuring the men. A booklet is included. Audio is Japanese Linear PCM stereo, with no subtitles.
