Takeru's battle with the Gamma ends in defeat despite the mysterious Eyecon delivered by his late father. Between life and death, a hermit gives him a second chance: return to the world as Kamen Rider Ghost and gather the Eyecons of 15 heroes within 99 days. The transformation lets him fight for the people around him, but every encounter also brings him closer to the deadline for reclaiming his own life.

Collection 2 presents episodes 13-18 on disc one and episodes 19-24 on disc two, with 275 minutes of main programme. Shun Nishime, Hikaru Osawa, Ryosuke Yamamoto, Takayuki Yanagi, Mio Kudo, Hayato Isomura and Naoto Takenaka lead the cast. The series, based on Shotaro Ishinomori's creation, aired from October 2015 to September 2016, with writing by Takuro Fukuda and direction including Satoshi Morota and Kyohei Yamaguchi.

The separate bonus disc contains Chapter Two of The Legend of Hero Alain and the Eyecon Contact Talk discussion programme, followed by preview and promotional-spot collections, broadcast junction clips and an original-design gallery. The television episodes have Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio, with no subtitles.
