Alchemy, the secret art of turning base metals into precious ones, has produced 101artificial life forms called Chemies. Carefully stored within Ride Chemy Cards, they are suddenly released by an unknown person. Combined with human malice, they transform into monsters called Malgams. Recover the Chemies set loose in the modern world, defeat the Malgams merged with malice, and seal them in Ride Chemy Cards.

Collection 2 contains episodes 17–24 on series disc 3 and episodes 25–32 on series disc 4. The cast includes Junsei Motojima, Reiyo Matsumoto, Yasunari Fujibayashi, Oto Abe, Rikiya Tomizono, Rikuto Kumaki, Itono Okita, Kanon Miyahara, Arisa Sakamaki, Amon Kabe, Yoko Minamino and Kanji Ishimaru. Based on Shotaro Ishinomori's original work, the series features scripts by Keiichi Hasegawa and Hiroki Uchida, music by Hiroshi Takaki, action direction by Hirofumi Fukuzawa, special-effects direction by Hiroshi Butsuda and direction by Ryuta Tasaki and others. It began broadcasting on TV Asahi's network in September 2023.

Extras on disc 3 include the original spin-off Warera 3nenGgumi episode 2, promotional trailers and station junctions. Disc 4 includes the complete Gotchard version of Romeo and Juliet. The 12-page liner notes originally offered with the first pressing are conditional and are not guaranteed. The two Blu-rays contain approximately 376minutes with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio and no subtitles, in 16:9 high-definition 1080p.
