The shocking final Heisei chapter: witness every moment of the legendary battle in this affordably priced Blu-ray edition. Following the excitement generated by returning legendary Riders in Heisei Generations, its eagerly awaited second film brings Build together with Ex-Aid, whose unusual game-and-doctor battles made headlines, and the dramatically returning Ghost, Gaim, Fourze and OOO. Their heroic feats converge in one story.

A mysterious Bugster, an enemy from Ex-Aid, appears in Build's world, divided into three regions by the immense Skywall. Why is an enemy that should not exist here? As Sento collapses before it, a strange figure with half his body covered in machinery stands nearby. Calling himself a scientist, he activates a huge machine, and an upside-down world suddenly appears overhead. The same phenomenon occurs in Ex-Aid's world: the world with the Skywall approaches the ground. Only twenty-four hours remain before the worlds collide, and the countdown to annihilation begins. Only those familiar warriors can save humanity from this unprecedented crisis.

Video extras comprise making-of footage, the completed-film press conference and screening stage greeting, the Tokyo opening-day and Osaka second-day stage greetings, the hit-film thank-you stage greeting, television spots, a data file, a poster gallery and trailers. Audio extras comprise commentary by screenwriters Shogo Muto and Yuya Takahashi, producers Takahito Omori and Kazuhiro Takahashi, and director Kazuya Kamihoriuchi, plus a collection of Kamen Rider signature-line audio tracks.
