Kamen Rider Hibiki Blu-ray Box 3 concludes the series with episodes 30 through 48, bringing its blend of Japanese folklore, musical combat and a teenager's coming-of-age story to its final chapter. Shigeki Hosokawa stars as Hibiki, a seasoned warrior who protects people from the creatures known as Makamou, while Rakuto Tochihara plays the young Asumu.

For generations, intense training in the mountains has allowed select fighters to transform into powerful oni. Supported by the secret organization Takeshi, these protectors fight outside public view. Rather than relying on a conventional transformation belt, Hibiki uses the sound of a tuning fork, and the warriors' instrument-inspired weapons give the sixth Heisei Kamen Rider series a style distinct from its predecessors.

This 2025 edition uses an HD remaster scanned from the negatives and contains approximately 450 minutes across three Blu-ray discs. Disc 7 covers episodes 30-35, disc 8 episodes 36-41, and disc 9 episodes 42-48. It is the final box in the series, not a complete-series set.

The supplementary footage includes the Hibiki Hyper Battle programme in which Asumu explores becoming an oni, plus interviews pairing Rakuto Tochihara with Yuichi Nakamura and Kenji Matsuda with Nana Akiyama. Further conversations feature Tochihara with Masako Umemiya, Shigeki Hosokawa with Atom Shimojo, and Hosokawa with Tochihara. A creditless opening, broadcast bumpers and trailers round out the archival material. These interviews and broadcast extras were previously included on DVD; the Hyper Battle programme is presented here as content on the Blu-ray, not as a separate DVD.

The episodes are presented in 16:9 1080i with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. The three Blu-rays are region-free and have no subtitles.
