Kamen Rider W Movies

W returns! In response to its enduring popularity after the television broadcast ended, an original story is born, now available in a more affordable release.

Kamen Rider W remained popular after the television series ended. Overwhelming fan demand to see W again led to two new stories that could never be seen on television. One follows Ryu Terui, Kamen Rider Accel, the other Rider of Futo who fought alongside W.

The story continues directly from the television series and theatrical film, and W's two heroes, Shotaro and Philip, also play active roles. Scriptwriter Keiichi Hasegawa and director and action director Koichi Sakamoto bring together staff who know W inside out to create a new chapter. The story of Futo continues. You cannot talk about W without seeing this!

Ryu Terui has begun married life with Akiko when a series of murders involving pickpockets occurs. Suspecting Dopant crimes, the Paranormal Crime Investigation Division led by Ryu begins its investigation. During the case, Detective Jinno is shot, and Ryu himself becomes a suspect.

Ryu evades the authorities and pursues the case independently with Aoi Katsuragi, a female pickpocket who holds the key to the mystery. But his Accel Memory is stolen, leaving him unable to transform. Meanwhile, Akiko learns that he has fled with another woman and becomes furious. Is their marriage heading for divorce? Can Ryu shake off the crises that attack him one after another?

The Blu-ray contains the main feature, Kamen Rider Accel making-of footage, a digest of the Kamen Rider Eternal making-of and trailers. An audio commentary is also available.

The cast features Minehiro Kinomoto, Hikaru Yamamoto, Yukari Taki, Minoru Tanaka, Mitsutoshi Shundo, Shingo Nakagawa, Nao Nagasawa, Fubito Yamano, Kohei Yamamoto, Takeshi Nadagi of The Plan 9, Renn Kiriyama and Masaki Suda.
