Koikimo Vol. 2 Blu-ray
TV 恋と呼ぶには気持ち悪い Vol.2
Once you fall in love, love cannot be stopped. An age-gap romantic comedy between an elite working adult and an ordinary, geeky high-school girl.
On a rainy day, office worker Ryo Amakusa is rescued at a station by a high-school girl he has never met. He discovers that she is Ichika Arima, his younger sister's best friend. Ryo, who has a bad reputation with women, offers her a kiss or a date as thanks, but she bluntly dismisses him as creepy. Her response opens a new door within him, and he falls fanatically in love with her.
From that day onward, Ryo showers her almost daily with excessively direct approaches and declarations of love. Ichika finds him thoroughly creepy and mercilessly insults him, but he always interprets her reactions as the reverse side of affection.
This Blu-ray contains episodes five to eight. The package includes a special sleeve illustrated by original creator Mogusu, a picture-label disc and a special booklet. Extras include a creditless ending sequence and episode-eight audio commentary with Yurie Kozakai and Junya Enoki.
The cast features Yurie Kozakai as Ichika Arima, Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Ryo Amakusa, Rena Hasegawa as Rio Amakusa, Junya Enoki as Kai Tamaru, Kana Hanazawa as Arie Matsushima and Ryohei Kimura as Masuda.
