Mugi and Kinu meet by chance after missing the last train at Meidaimae Station in Tokyo. Part-time jobs, living together and job hunting: everything about their twenties, spent side by side, was fun. Screenwriter Yuji Sakamoto and director Nobuhiro Doi join Masaki Suda and Kasumi Arimura, sharing the lead for the first time, to portray the unforgettable best five years of a love that accelerates at incredible speed.

After missing the last train at Meidaimae Station on Tokyo's Keio Line, Mugi Yamane, played by Masaki Suda, and Kinu Hachiya, played by Kasumi Arimura, discover that their tastes in music and films are almost unbelievably alike. They fall in love in no time and, after graduating from university, move in together while working part-time jobs. They find a favourite bakery nearby and name a stray cat together. Even as Shibuya PARCO closes and SMAP x SMAP reaches its final episode, they keep looking for jobs, hoping simply to preserve their everyday life.

An unforgettable five years of love, dazzlingly bright and achingly bittersweet, unfold through words unlike any others. A superb cast and creative team present an enduring love story. This is surely our story.
