Lupin III Angel Tactics Blu-ray begins with an audacious break-in at Area 51. Lupin's target is Original Metal, a fragment of the UFO associated with the Roswell incident. Inspector Zenigata and rookie investigator Emily O'Brien are waiting, but a scientist's disguise helps Lupin steal the mysterious material and make an extraordinary escape aboard a UFO.
The theft is only the start of the danger. Members of the anti-American terrorist organisation Bloody Angels pursue Lupin and his companions, determined to obtain Original Metal for themselves. Shigeyuki Miya directs this action-filled television special from a screenplay by Atsushi Maekawa, with music by Yuji Ohno. Naoko Matsui voices Emily, alongside Mamiko Noto as Poison Sophie, Satomi Arai as Bomber Linda, Mayumi Asano as Lady Joe and Atsuko Tanaka as Kaoru.
This region-free, single-disc Blu-ray contains the 93-minute special in 4:3 1080i, with Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 stereo audio and no subtitles.
