Lupin III Elusiveness of the Fog Blu-ray carries Lupin and Jigen from the waters off Hokkaido into a dangerous encounter with time itself. Searching beneath Cape Kiritappu for clues to a vehicle that can cross time, they are interrupted by Inspector Zenigata and the Hokkaido police. Their escape takes an inexplicable turn as drivers vanish from moving cars and a bridge disappears before their eyes.
At a lighthouse, the group encounters the mysterious Kyosuke Mamo. A flash of light sends them 500 years into the past, into a world where arrows fly and the familiar rules of their adventures no longer apply. Toshihiko Masuda directs the special, with a screenplay by Yukinori Fukushima and Yuka Yamada and music by Yuji Ohno. The principal cast is joined by Houko Kuwashima as Iseka, Akira Ishida as Eshika and Shido Nakamura as Mamo.
The region-free Blu-ray contains the 92-minute special on one disc, presented in 4:3 1080i with Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 stereo audio and no subtitles.
