Lupin III Fujiko's Unlucky Days Blu-ray

Lupin III Fujiko's Unlucky Days Blu-ray places Fujiko's memories at the centre of a dangerous treasure hunt. She and Lupin obtain the Columbus File, a document that holds the key to Columbus's Egg, a treasure said to contain limitless power. Their success is short-lived when Barton's men attack and the document is destroyed.

Fujiko has memorised the file, but a fall from a cliff during their escape leaves her with amnesia. She is taken in by Rosalia, a treasure hunter who is also searching for Columbus's Egg. When Barton's agent Nazaroff arrives and Lupin finally locates Fujiko, the struggle over the missing information becomes a three-way confrontation around the woman who can no longer remember it.

Shinichi Watanabe directs the special, written by Shinzo Fujita and scored by Yuji Ohno. Kanichi Kurita, Kiyoshi Kobayashi, Makio Inoue, Eiko Masuyama and Goro Naya return in the main roles, with Shuichiro Moriyama as Barton, Shigeru Chiba as Nazaroff and Keiko Toda as Rosalia.

The 91-minute special is presented on one region-free, dual-layer Blu-ray in 4:3 1080p, with Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 stereo audio and no subtitles. The disc content matches the version previously included in the 2010 TV-special Blu-ray collection.
