MANKAI STAGE A3! ACT2! Winter 2023 follows the Winter Troupe as it welcomes Guy and prepares its fourth production, The Phantom F and the Sorrowful Opera. After the troupe performances, Four Seasons LIVE, Troupe LIVE and film adaptations, the story continues into the ACT2! series.

The first CD contains thirteen vocal tracks from the production. The second adds a long version of ANSWERS alongside sixteen pieces of background music. Yoshihiko Aramaki, Ryo Kitazono, Keisuke Ueda, Ryosei Tanaka, Kandai Ueda and Teruma portray the six Winter Troupe members, with songs following Guy and Citron's relationship and the company's preparations.
