Marigold in 4 Minutes Complete Series Blu-ray Box

A paramedic who can see a person's destiny of death confronts a fate that cannot be changed. This is a poignant, pure love story with a stepsister burdened by a sad destiny.

Mikoto Hanamaki, played by Sota Fukushi, works as a paramedic and has a special ability: when he places his hands against another person's, he sees the fate of that person's death. He does everything he can for patients whose final moments he has witnessed, but once he has seen a destiny, it always becomes reality. Torn by the dilemma of wanting to save people and being unable to do so, he still devotes himself fully to emergency rescue every day.

Mikoto lives happily under one roof with his stepsister Sara, played by Nanao, his older stepbrother Ren, played by Kenta Kiritani, and his younger stepbrother Ai, played by Ryusei Yokohama, who became his siblings through his father's remarriage. He behaves normally in front of his family, but carries feelings he cannot tell anyone: he has fallen in love with Sara.

Although they share no blood relationship, she is legally his sister. He struggles desperately to suppress his feelings, yet they grow stronger every day.
