Mio gathers Yufushi's transparent-watercolor illustrations in a second art collection, combining original work made since 2015 with novel illustrations. Pale, clear washes give shape to girls, animals and plants. Featured novel series include Wagaya wa Gion no Ogamiyasan, Oukakoku Koukyuu no Kusushi and Ayakiku Ayakashi Sanpo Jo.
The selection also draws on the sea-creature-themed Shiokaze Dayori series in Small S and work from coloring books. A making-of follows the new cover from line drawing and transfer through painting individual elements, including the figure, kimono, umbrella and goldfish, to the finishing touches.
Published by PIE International, this Japanese-language collection contains 128 full-color pages.
