Mirai Connection reimagines the theme music of Jaleco's classic City Connection. Seven tracks include the City Connection programme theme sung by Mika Kanai, arrangements used in Ninja JaJaMaru: The Great Yokai Battle and Conga Master Cruisin, and newly created remixes.

Rare recordings appear on CD for the first time alongside versions by Ayatsugu_Otowa, Aurtas, Takashi Okamoto and Johnny, with SAYALA singing 25 Color Twilight. The cover uses a new illustration by Edoya Inuhachi.
