Three centuries after the Calamity War, young soldiers on Mars are left to defend themselves when Gjallarhorn attacks their employer, CGS. Orga Itsuka leads a rebellion against the adults who abandoned them, while Mikazuki Augus brings the ancient Gundam Barbatos back into battle. Their new group, Tekkadan, escorts independence campaigner Kudelia Aina Bernstein toward Earth and fights for a future of its own.

The second season follows Tekkadan as its growing reputation, Teiwaz connections and expanding operations draw it into fresh conflicts. Kudelia works toward economic independence for Mars through the Admoss Company, while Mikazuki takes the field in Gundam Barbatos Lupus. This Flagship Edition presents all 50 episodes across ten main-feature Blu-ray discs, with 1,223 minutes of story and three additional discs containing 369 minutes of supplements.

The bonus programme includes creditless opening and ending sequences, promotional videos and commercials, ROAD TO ORPHANS and its opening promotional film, cast retrospective discussions covering CGS, Tekkadan, Teiwaz and the Brewers, second-half predictions and a follow-up discussion, edited climax and cast-conversation specials, the third-anniversary THE REFLECTION event, and the talk segment from the Soul of the Iron-Blooded Orphans piano concert. Archived episode commentaries and the broadcast commentaries for episodes 19 and 20 are also included.

The box features artwork by Yuu Ito, with inner-jacket illustrations by Michinori Chiba and Hiroshi Arisawa. Printed materials comprise a 64-page guidebook, a 32-page art book and a 132-page Yuu Ito archive book. Japanese stereo audio is presented in Linear PCM; this edition has no subtitles.
