Moriarty the Patriot Musical Recollection reunites eight cast members to reflect on five years of bringing the manga to the stage. This retrospective follows the company's journey from its 2019 debut through five productions and the anniversary concert, focusing on the people behind the performances rather than presenting another complete stage recording.

The first disc joins the actors for a relaxed barbecue and a specially filmed conversation. Shogo Suzuki and Ryo Hirano are joined by Hidetoshi Kubota, Ikkei Yamamoto, Yuki Izawa, Ryoki Nagae, Kenta Kamakari and Shun Takagi as they revisit their shared experiences and affection for the series. Their reunion runs approximately 100 minutes.

The second disc gathers previously unreleased backstage material from Op.1 through the concert. Re-edited from footage not included in the individual performance releases, this archive offers another perspective on the musical's development and the company that shaped it. The completed backstage programme runs 147 minutes.

The two-disc set contains approximately 247 minutes in total, presented in 16:9 1080i with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. Both Blu-rays are region-free and have no subtitles.
