Musical Hoshin Engi Kaisen no Zensokyoku Blu-ray

The second musical adaptation of Ryu Fujisaki's popular manga Hoshin Engi, which has sold more than 22 million copies! Shohei Hashimoto's Taikobo faces a life-or-death battle with Ryo Hirano's Chokomei in Musical Hoshin Engi: Kaisen no Zensokyoku.

Fujisaki's manga, serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump, is based on Tsutomu Ano's translation of the Chinese supernatural novel Hoshin Engi. In the previous musical, Taikobo received the Fengshen mission from the immortal realm, met Nataku, Yozen and Kohiko, and headed for Seiki. This time, Taikobo becomes Zhou's strategist, joining his companions in the fight to defeat Dakki and the Yin dynasty. His new opponent is Chokomei, one of Kingo Island's three great immortals alongside Dakki and Bunchu. As successive battles put their lives at risk, what fate awaits the Fengshen Plan?

Story: in ancient China, Chuo, the thirtieth emperor of Yin, takes the immortal Dakki as his queen, and the country falls into chaos. Genshitenson, leader of Kunlun, orders his disciple Taikobo to carry out the Fengshen Plan: seal the evil immortals in the divine realm and bring about a revolution that establishes a new dynasty.

Initially lazy and reluctant, Taikobo witnesses the people's suffering on his journey. With companions including the gifted Yozen, Nataku and Kotenka, he gradually carries out his plan for a peaceful world free from the immortals' interference. The world begins to change in response to his actions. Countries that had feared Yin and avoided conflict begin to rebel. Seiki declares independence and takes the name Zhou.

Taikobo becomes Zhou's strategist and fights to defeat Dakki and Yin, but Dakki's new scheme drives him into a corner. Chokomei, one of Kingo Island's three great immortals alongside Dakki and Bunchu, is sent to confront him.
