A bright week of working adults giving their all! The hugely popular social-media manga My Senpai Is Annoying recorded Twitter's highest favorite count in 2017, with 415,000 likes for a single installment, and won first place in the web-manga category of the 2018 Next Manga Awards. This everyday romantic comedy about working people doing their best receives its long-awaited anime adaptation.

Volume four contains episodes ten through twelve. The enclosed bonus CD features Original Soundtrack Vol.2, including Annoying! Sansan Week! and Idol Song Utatte Mita in solo versions by Natsumi Kurobe, voiced by Reina Aoyama, and Mona Tsukishiro, voiced by Aoi Koga. The jacket features a new illustration by Miki Muto.

Video extras include a digital key-animation gallery of selected scenes from episodes seven through twelve, web episode previews and visual commentary for episode twelve with Tomori Kusunoki, Shunsuke Takeuchi, Saori Hayami and Reio Tsuchida. The original first pressing included a twenty-page booklet and a slipcase; these extras depend on first-press copy availability.
