Mizuki Inoue portrays the protagonist Toru Sanada, nicknamed Nezu. While active as leader of HiHi Jets within Johnny's Jr., he has appeared in numerous television dramas, films and stage productions. Atsuhiro Inukai, whose powerful presence is compelling, plays the mastermind Mikio Yumezaki, in his first collaboration with Inoue.

Yae Utsumi's forbidden suspense manga becomes a live-action drama.

The bonus epilogue depicts what follows the fifty-two-hour confinement incident, in exclusive episodes available only in the Blu-ray and DVD box sets. The release also includes behind-the-scenes footage, a complete version of the press conference held the day before the first television broadcast, re-edited for the box sets, and the Another Story episodes previously streamed on TVer.

Story Twenty-three former members of Class 6-2, including Nezu, played by Mizuki Inoue, gather at their old school for a reunion. They become involved in a major incident in which they are confined for three days and thirteen people die. Their captor is their former classmate Mikio Yumezaki, played by Atsuhiro Inukai.

Mikio's purpose is to test how much human goodness can survive the extreme situation of life-threatening danger. Who will betray whom? Who will kill whom? What actions will people take as order unravels? Revenge, bullying, betrayal and revelations lead to unpredictable developments in this shocking suspense story.

Contents and extras All twelve television episodes are included across a set set. A special booklet is enclosed. Recorded extras include Class 6-2 class videos, behind-the-scenes making-of footage, Narehate Talk, all ten Another Story episodes and both epilogue episodes.
