Filmed soon after NEXZ's Japanese debut, NEXZ NOW introduces the group through the unpredictable world of variety television. Joined by hosts Nasunakanishi, the members explore current trends, take on studio games and quizzes, head out on location and face a physical challenge from the athletic comedy duo Timon D. A staged argument prank involving Hiromi adds another test of their reactions.
All five episodes are included. The first follows NEXZ's debut variety-location shoot in Harajuku; the second returns to Harajuku and launches the prank on Hiromi. Episode three pits teams against one another in a fast-paced Generation Z NOW buzzer quiz, episode four sends NEXZ into a physical-ability battle with Timon D, and episode five has them try classic variety-show contests.
Unaired scenes and conversations extend the broadcast programmes, capturing the group's early days, while NEXZ MUSIC studio performances and footage from NEXZ SHOWCASE 2024 Ride the Vibe show their performance side. Members join selected highlights from each episode in a specially recorded commentary. The 196-minute disc includes Japanese main audio, PCM stereo for both the programme and commentary, and no subtitles. A four-page booklet is included in the tall case.
