Explore the Digital World with two partner Digimon

The PlayStation 4 version originally planned for release overseas also comes to Japan as the International Edition. Moving to PS4 improves the graphics, making the Digital World more beautiful. The whole game, including raising Digimon and battles, has been rebalanced, with 12 more trainable Digimon and approximately 30 additional events.

One day, you are suddenly summoned to the Digital World, where mutated Machinedramon are running wild and destroying everything. To resolve this crisis and return to your own world, you set off with two partner Digimon.

Adventure and rebuild Floatia

Travel through grasslands, volcanoes, deserts and other varied fields while rebuilding Floatia, a town destroyed by Machinedramon, and investigating the disturbances across the Digital World.

You will meet Digimon facing difficulties or problems. Help them and they become residents of the town. As the population grows, new facilities appear. Use materials gathered in the fields to expand those facilities, rebuilding and developing the town.

The PS4 International Edition adds approximately 30 events, bringing the total to more than 220. New encounters and stories with Digimon await.

Your choices change how Digimon evolve

Training, meals, care, discipline and toilet needs all affect the ways your Digimon grow and evolve. Digimon have lifespans, and when their lives end they reincarnate as Digi-Eggs.

Some abilities developed in the previous life pass to the next generation, allowing repeated raising to create stronger Digimon. You also develop as a tamer, becoming able to raise them more effectively.

Twelve additional Digimon bring the number of trainable types to 230. There are more evolution routes and more combinations for ExE-volution, in which your two partners combine and evolve during battle.

Your bond with your partners decides battles

Digimon think and act for themselves in AI battles. Cheer them on to earn Order Points, then spend these points to command attacks, defense and special techniques. You can also support them by using items.

Meet conditions such as a strong bond with your Digimon to activate ExE-volution. Combining the two partners during battle unleashes overwhelming power and can reverse the situation even against a strong enemy.
