Laid-Back Camp MAGES.

You don't have to hold back that feeling

The popular TV anime Laid-Back Camp, which sparked an unprecedented camping boom, makes its first full console-game adaptation. Set in Yamanashi Prefecture, the series gently depicts high-school girls going camping and enjoying everyday life.

The first TV anime season aired in January 2018, followed by Room Camp and a live-action drama in 2020, and the second anime season in January 2021. The long-awaited console adaptation is here: let's go camping every weekend!

A relaxed camping adventure

Play as Nadeshiko Kagamihara or Rin Shima in a branching story where your choices greatly change the contents of each camping trip. Discover possibilities not seen in the TV anime—a treat for Laid-Back Camp fans.

Enjoy the “what if” stories the anime could not show

What if everyone went together to Takabocchi Highlands, where Rin camped alone? What if you camped alone at Lake Shibire, where two people went together? What if you brought a compact fire grill on the trip to Lake Motosu?

These and other possibilities let you experience fresh camping trips even in familiar scenes from the anime.

A new campsite beyond the TV anime

Visit the anime's settings at Lake Motosu, Fumoto Campground, Eastwood Campground, Takabocchi Highlands, Lake Shibire, Mount Jinbagata Campground and Fujinomiya, reliving the world of Laid-Back Camp.

The game also adds Lake Tanuki Campground, which was only mentioned by name in the original manga. Whether you can camp at this new location depends on your actions.

Story

“The off-season is the best.”

Rin Shima prefers solo camping and enjoys another quiet trip on her own. Yet a particular encounter has begun to change her camping life little by little.

“Rin, let's go camping!”

After meeting Rin, Nadeshiko Kagamihara becomes interested in camping. She joins her high school's Outdoor Activities Circle and grows increasingly captivated by it.

This is a story that begins with the meeting of those two girls.

It is also a Laid-Back Camp “what if” story, shaped by encounters with people, places, equipment and all kinds of other things.

So, have a nice day! May today be another good day!

The characters and their voices

Nadeshiko Kagamihara is voiced by Yumiri Hanamori, Rin Shima by Nao Toyama, Chiaki Ogaki by Sayuri Hara, Aoi Inuyama by Aki Toyosaki, Ena Saito by Rie Takahashi, and Minami Toba by Shizuka Ito.

1. Enjoy school life

The story takes place over five weeks, advancing each week through the perspectives of Rin and Nadeshiko.

During the weekdays, enjoy school life and talk to different people. Who you talk to and what you discuss will change the camping trip you plan for the weekend.

2. Time to plan a camping trip

Choose the campsite and companions for the weekend. Your weekday actions let you experience different campsites with different groups.

Look forward to discovering what kind of camping trip it will become!

3. Set off for camp

Head to your planned campsite. What should you cook? How will you enjoy the evening?

Events in the Detours, Exploring and Setting Up, Camp Meals, and After Dinner to Bedtime phases change what happens. Experience a different trip at the very same campsites seen in the anime.

Making detours is part of the pleasure of travelling, too.
