The Legend of Heroes Nihon Falcom

A new beginning on the road toward the Trails series' conclusion

With its detailed character portrayals and sweeping story developments, the Trails story RPG series has earned high praise from players of all genders in Japan and overseas. Its total sales had exceeded 4.5 million copies when this game was announced.

Entering its sixteenth year, the series introduced Trails into Reverie for PlayStation 4: a new story of beginnings on the road toward the conclusion of the series as a whole.

Three protagonists and the Cross Story system

The game introduces numerous new elements, including Cross Story, which lets you switch freely among three routes centred on the protagonists Rean, Lloyd and C as you progress.

More than 50 playable characters appear, including newly introduced characters.

Episode scenarios explore the backgrounds of individual characters in depth.

These new systems build on the strengths of the Trails series.

Save-data interaction with four PlayStation 4 Trails games

The game supports data interaction with Trails of Cold Steel III, Trails of Cold Steel IV, Zero no Kiseki Kai and Ao no Kiseki Kai, whose PlayStation 4 release was announced for Thursday, May 28, 2020.

If you have data from these titles, you can obtain accessories available exclusively through data interaction and useful item sets, with the rewards determined by the corresponding game.

Physical first-release soundtrack

The first-release bonus was the Trails into Reverie Original Soundtrack Mini — Limited Selection. It was available in limited quantities and could end without prior notice.

The presence of this physical soundtrack depends on the individual Used copy.

Platinum Meister Box

Original items available only in this limited edition are presented in a special trunk-case-style box.

The set contains the packaged PlayStation 4 game, The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie.

KISEKI 15th Anniversary Vocal Collection

A substantial two-disc vocal album celebrates the fifteenth anniversary of the Trails series.

It contains complete, full-length theme songs from successive games, spanning Hoshi no Arika, the ending theme of the first entry Trails in the Sky FC, through Ashita e no Kiseki, the opening theme of Trails of Cold Steel IV, and its ending theme Ai no Uta!
