PlayStation 4 Valkyrie Elysium

In this unjust world, what will you choose?

Valkyrie Elysium was the newest entry in the Valkyrie series at its original release. Drawing on Norse mythology, its distinctive world depicts human death and the existence of the gods.

High-end graphics bring this new Valkyrie world to life, enriched by many memorable pieces from Motoi Sakuraba.

As the series' first action RPG, the game preserves its familiar special attacks and combo system, together with battles alongside Einherjar, while evolving into fast-paced combat with three-dimensional movement.

Characters

Valkyrie — voiced by Akari Kito

The game's protagonist. Entrusted by Odin with the command to save the world, she undertakes the task of purifying souls in the mortal realm.

“You who pass beyond death. If you still have the will to fight, take my hand.”

Odin — voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda

The supreme god who rules over all things. Wounded in his battle with Fenrir, he is unable to move freely.

“I, the chief god Odin, give you a mission. Become my hands and feet, and save the world.”

Fenrir — voiced by Ryusei Nakao

Filled with fierce hatred for Odin and a desire for revenge, Fenrir pulls the strings behind the scenes in order to take everything from him.

“We finally meet, Valkyrie. I have wanted to meet you for a very long time...”

???

A mysterious woman who repeatedly stands in the way of Valkyrie and her companions. She wears black armor, yet also appears to resemble a Valkyrie...

“Interesting. Try it, if you think you can. Foolish Valkyrie!”
