You were my everything

A horror adventure follows five girls who face mysterious events at a school with a long history. As their bonds gradually deepen, the connection between their hearts gives them the courage to seek the truth.

Prologue

In the Taisho era, an all-boarding girls' school stood quietly on the outskirts of town. Even going out on holidays was forbidden.

Loneliness, enjoyment and the troubles of adolescence eventually gave rise to a custom of becoming pretend sisters.

The girls exchanged their most precious possessions and made a sisterhood pact: a special relationship that would last until graduation.

One day, two girls who had entered such a pact died together, holding the precious possessions that symbolised their bond.

The teachers returned these symbols to their original owners and treated the deaths as an accident.

The girls had believed that death would let them remain together forever. Yet even then, their bond was easily torn apart.

Suzu Izayoi

Having lost her parents at an early age, Suzu now lives at a temple with an elderly distant relative. She learned the koto from her and is the ace of Kagurahara Girls' Academy's koto club, expected to become its next leader.

She is bright and friendly, treating everyone without distinction.

On the first day of summer vacation, after everyone shares ghost stories, she begins having a mysterious dream about herself and an unfamiliar “big sister”.

Yuka Sumeragi

A transfer student joins the koto club. Her family belongs to a prestigious lineage in the koto world, and her own playing is also first-rate.

She treasures a notebook containing a diary that she picked up as a child.

Her appearance closely resembles the “big sister” in Suzu's dreams.

Maya Aoyagi

Suzu's childhood friend is usually dependable, although Suzu is her weakness.

She loves Suzu and puts her first.

Her decision to join the koto club was influenced by Suzu as well as by the instrument itself.

Rui Maihara

Bright and energetic, Rui is straightforward for better or worse.

She was once a promising member of the athletics club, but retired because of a foot injury and joined the koto club.

She feels a deep affection for the club president who welcomed her.

Reiko Takusari

Gentle and inclined to go at her own pace, Reiko nevertheless watches over the others and their different personalities like a dependable big sister.

Her grandmother is the chair of the academy's board.

A horror adventure facing mysterious phenomena

Suzu Izayoi is a high-school student in the koto club of a girls' academy in a rural area. While she and her fellow members practise ensemble pieces for the autumn competition, inexplicable incidents begin occurring around them.

Ghost stories whispered at an old school

The academy is rumoured to have once had an unusual custom in which female students formed special sisterhood relationships. Ghosts of girls torn apart by that custom are said to appear there.

Bonds that deepen through strange events

Yuka's blunt manner initially puts her at odds with the other members of the koto club.

Suspected of being connected to the mysterious phenomena, she becomes increasingly isolated. But after she saves the life of one of Suzu's friends, she is accepted as a companion and strong bonds form between them.

The connection between their hearts gives them the courage to move towards the truth of the incidents.

Beautiful illustrations by Kaomin

The story of girls strengthening their bonds while facing mysterious phenomena is illustrated by character designer Kaomin.

In addition to designing the characters, Kaomin created illustrations for the various events within the game.
