Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness Special Price Blu-ray

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness Special Price Blu-ray brings Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield into a conspiracy connecting the White House to a distant civil war. This Japanese CG-animated series expands the world of Capcom's survival-horror games through a story set in 2006, with Leon summoned to investigate a breach of classified government files.

Alongside Jason, the celebrated hero of Penamstan, Leon encounters zombies inside the White House after an unexplained blackout. Meanwhile, Claire's refugee-aid work in Penamstan leads her to a disturbing drawing made by a young boy. Its apparent depiction of virus-infected people points toward a terrible experiment carried out during the country's conflict. As their investigations draw closer together, Leon and Claire discover a threat extending beyond the incidents they first set out to explain.

Eiichiro Hasumi directs from a script co-written with Shogo Muto, with music by Yugo Kanno and Hiroyuki Kobayashi serving as executive producer. TMS Entertainment handles production and Quebico creates the full 3D-CG animation under Capcom's supervision. Nick Apostolides and Stephanie Panisello voice Leon and Claire in English; Tomoyuki Morikawa and Yuko Kaida take the corresponding roles in the Japanese dub.

The disc contains approximately 103 minutes of the series and a behind-the-scenes featurette exploring the production's new challenges. This special-price release offers both English and Japanese DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround tracks, with independently selectable English and Japanese subtitles. The region-free Blu-ray presents the animation in 1080p widescreen.
