Starlight Kukugumi brings the songs of Revue Starlight to the stage in its fourth Star Live, Starry Ocean. Recorded from the concert held at Tokyo Dome City Hall in January 2025, this standard-edition Blu-ray captures the group performing music from across the series.

The performance opens with Butai Shojo Kokoroe, Suteki na Dress Kisasete yo, Yakusoku Tower, Fukushu no Tsurugi and Star Darling. It continues with Starry Ocean versions of The Star Knows -Another-, Koi no Makyu (7-kai Ura), wi(l)d-screen baroque, Wagamama Highway and Utsukushiki Hito Aruiwa Sore wa.

The later set features LIFE IS LIKE A VOYAGE, Hoshi no Dialogue, Madobe no Highlight, PRIDE, Star Parade, Polestar and Star Divine. Negai wa Hikari ni Natte and Star Diamond complete the encore, bringing together familiar ensemble songs and the distinctive arrangements created for this concert.

This single-disc standard edition contains approximately 130 minutes of concert footage, presented with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. The Blu-ray is region-free and has no subtitles.
